Pushpa 2 box office collections day 1: The box office receipts for Pushpa 2 Day 1: Pushpa 2: The Rule, starring Allu Arjun and Rashmika Mandanna, directed by Sukumar, earned ₹175 crores (net) at the domestic box office. The sequel became the biggest Hindi opening ever, overtaking Shah Rukh Khan's Jawan.

 

The long-awaited sequel, Pushpa 2: The Rule, has exploded at the Indian box office, breaking the record previously held by SS Rajamouli's RRR and becoming the biggest opener in Indian film history. 

 

According to Sacnilk, the action-packed movie, directed by Sukumar and produced by Mythri Movie Makers and Muttamsetty Media, made an incredible Rs 175.1 crore nett on its first day of release. Pushpa 2 has significantly outperformed RRR's Rs 133 crore day-one earnings with this incredible haul.

 

The Telugu version of the movie brought in Rs 95.1 crore on its first day of release, while the Hindi version brought in Rs 67 crore. 

 

The Malayalam version brought in Rs 5 crore, the Kannada version made Rs 1 crore, while the Tamil version brought in Rs 7 crore. In Telugu, the film had an astounding 82.66% overall occupancy rate, with night shows peaking at 90.19%. 

 

Due to its non-holiday release, the Hindi market's occupancy rate reached roughly 59.83%. It witnessed a higher occupancy rate than Shar Rukh Khan’s Jawan for the Hindi version. 

 

Pushpa 2: The Rule has become the highest opener Indian film ever and is expected to surpass ₹250 crore by the end of the weekend. The production company's official figures will provide additional insight into the movie's first-day gross receipts.

 

The movie is directed Sukumar and features  Allu Arjun, Rashmika Mandanna, and Fahadh Faasil in the main roles.Anasuya Bharadwaj, Sunil, Jagapathi Babu, Rao Ramesh, and Jagadeesh Prathap Bandari play pivotal roles in the movie. Sreeleela also had a guest appearance in the movie.
